I have designed diffusers and related accessories for myself for decades.

After switching to diffusers and stopping burning my incense, it was clear to me most devices on the market were unacceptable: plastic parts, electronics, metals, batteries, wires...

None of the available devices had what I wanted; I realised I had to make my own.

A background in science and design helps. After DIYing my first borosilicate glass Thunderbolts out of lab adapters and quartz beads (with a steel screen) in 2020, I realised I had something special that should be refined and shared. I have since spent unhealthy amounts of time poring over sub-milimeter measurements, designs, materials specifications, and, of course, doing relentless testing, to ensure the most efficient, elegant and effective heater devices possible.

I pledge to look after my customers for 2 years and to offer discounts on updated products or new products down the line.

Buying an Elixier product means buying direct from the designer, and not a faceless "company" who will avoid actual contact and send you off to Facebook or FAQ page if you have a question...

I do not use social media for communications. I strongly advise using encrypted email for all your important messaging ( involving personal details, payments, ID, sensitive info, etc). Both parties need to be encrypted for it to be actually secure.
